Shipping Information

We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery due to delays and backlogs from the recent Canada Post strikes. We recommend choosing a courier as your shipping option, but we cannot be responsible for any delays in delivery.

We are on holiday break from December 22nd until January 1st.
Orders placed on or after December 21st will be shipped out the first week of January and we will be replying to all emails on January 2nd.

Dear Customers:

Although the Canada Post strikes are over, there is a backlog of parcels which is causing delays in processing and deliveries throughout the country.

We are now offering courier shipping options (UPS, Purolator, etc). Using a courier ensures the fastest delivery, but we still cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for any shipping method. Please note that we also require time (usually 1-2 business days) to fill your order; it does not ship the day of purchase.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that cannot be responsible for any delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control from either Canada Post or any courier.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at to discuss shipping options before placing your order.

Thank you for your understanding!
